This week Ripley Valley State School celebrates NAIDOC Week. A time to reflect and celebrate the histories, cultures, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples, recognising them as the ongoing Custodians of the land. The theme ‘For Our Elders’ celebrates and pays respect to all Elders, honouring the important role they play as cultural knowledge holders and leaders in the wider community.
On Friday 11th August 2023 we will be hosting a school assembly with both the junior and senior school in the school hall.
